RULES & REGULATIONS

We will comply with all I.K.F and A.M.A tech rules and general rules.

RAIN OUT RULES:

If the first heat is run, No refunds will be given. Points will be given per the pill draw.

If rain out occurs, refunds will be given minus pit pass.

RULES OF CONDUCT:

1. No abusive language allowed what so ever! Disqualification will be enforced for this infraction.
2. All drivers will be responsible for their guests and pit personnel. Any infraction will be cause for disqualification from heat or complete event.
3. Absolutely no alcohol until last race is completed. Disqualification will be administered per infraction. Any violation could be subject to ejection from the premises.
4. No protest will be allowed 1/2 hour after said infraction. Protest must be in writing by the participant of the class. Infraction must specify rule number and must be given to race director ONLY. No protests will be given to any other working personnel at the track. All awards will be held until protest is resolved.
5. All participants will be responsible for their own pit space. All oil and trash must be disposed of. Disqualification will occur for noncompliance
6. All inquiries about racing incidents will be directed to the race director ONLY. Scale personnel, Pit Stewart, Scorekeepers and Flagmen will not acknowledge any inquiries.
7. Arizona Speedway Promotions LLC will be the sole administrator and director of the series at this speedway.
8. Pit parking will be administered by A.S.P personnel per our discretion.
9. Pit passes will be strictly enforced. Anyone caught in the pits without a pass will be subject to a $10.00 pass fee or subject to removal.
10. The schedule of our events will also be strictly enforced. The responsibility for adhering to the schedule will be the sole responsibility of each rider, no excuse will be tolerated.
11. Tech inspection will be closed at the conclusion of the driver's meeting. Sign in must be completed prior to meeting. All karts/motorcycles not teched before this time will go to the back.
12. Pit pass check will be administered after the driver's meeting. All participants may vacate pit area.

Yellow Flag incidents will be treated as follows:

Any Yellow Flag brought out by any kart or motorcycles will be sent to the back of the pack regardless of who caused or who was involved in the yellow.

Black Flag incidents will be treated as follows:

You will exit the track IMMEDIATLEY upon black flag. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
